Stop Thinking, Start Acting

When you get behind on projects or responsibilities, stress and anxiety can quickly start to build up.

You can fret about what you need to do, wish that you had taken action sooner, and just experience a lot of unpleasant feelings thinking about the situation.

When you fell stressed it can be tempting to try and think yourself out the situation, but the solution is not thinking, it is acting.

No matter the circumstances, the stress and anxiety will almost entirely disappear when you get started.

The emotional turmoil of being far away from your destination disappears when you start walking and stop thinking about how far you have to go.
