People create extremely complicated attempts at solving their problems. They devise elaborate routines, burdensome personal rules, and spend massive amounts of time on introspection to find the roots of their personal challenges. But in the effort heavy push to solve their problems, they overlook the simple and easy way, just getting a good nights sleep.
Almost all your problems will be 50% easier to solve if you just get 8 hours of sleep and eat reasonably healthy food. If you are feeling frustrated about some aspect of your life and are coming up empty when you try to solve it, give up on the fancy solutions and just go to bed.
