For the first few months of this year, Amanda and I focused our podcast interviews on guests who had travel experiences that led them to more entrepreneurial paths in their careers.

#1 – Jared Schwitzke left a job at Apple for a long backpacking trip and decided he wanted to pursue a more adventurous career path. When he got back home he found joined Airmule, a service that allows travelers to make extra money as couriers.
Jen Loong, grew up in Vancouver, but since graduating college has worked in China and Hong Kong. She founded a company called Wandersnap that connects travelers and companies with talented photographers in Asia.
Azma and Daniela left behind corporate jobs to start an international yoga retreat company.
After working abroad in Australia, Karyna McLaren helped to launch a travel gear company.
After long and winding career journies, Topher and Tim got together to start a unique tour company that creates meaningful experiences for travelers all over the world.
