I’ve found an end of the workday journalling practice to be one of the most beneficial activities in my life.
As I wrap up my tasks for the day I write answers to the following questions:
- What went well today?
- What from today can I improve in the future?
- How can I set myself up for success tomorrow?
Simple questions that don’t take more than a couple of minutes each, but help me focus, clear my head, and prepare to succeed the following day. I highly recommend trying out answering them for yourself.
