Everyone knows that we need to feed ourselves to have energy. Everyone knows that we need to sleep to feel refreshed and restored. But when it comes to motivation, we forget that we also to replenish ourselves.

A lot of people view self-help and motivational content as dumb and cheesy, but there is a reason it is so popular amongst people who achieve great results. Because they know they need to have something that refuels their spirit.
Whether it is religion or Tony Robbins, or a great book they re-read time and time again, they have a practice that fills their tank. They know that motivation is not a switch you turn on once, but something like a gas tank that needs to be regularly replenished.
