As humans get older we are going to have soreness, strains, fatigue, and other issues. Our superpower as humans is that we can get used to almost any situation.
The key is focusing on action, setting habits that lead to the desired results, and then moving on.
Creating a life where you bring enough attention to the things that aren’t right so that you can course correct, but not so much that you are losing track of the most important part of life, living.
