Most people are searching for a complicated or elusive way to make themselves feel better.
Whether physically through a superfood, new diet, or some exercise or mentally with something esoteric or a new insight.
The reality is that we almost all know the simple things we can do day to day to make ourselves feel better.
We almost all know what these are for ourselves but here is a basic list. It’s about living up to the basic expectations we set for ourselves:
- Don’t hit snooze multiple times before waking up
- Don’t procrastinate before getting a few important things done in the morning
- Don’t eat junk food
- Don’t try and work for hours on end without breaks
- Don’t overdo it with time on social media
- Don’t stay alone all day without seeing someone you like/care about
- Don’t be physically inactive
- Don’t stay up late
