What are the musts of Maximum energy?
The opposite of spending energy is sleep. You must fix your sleep.
Energy output today leads to more energy reserves the day after tomorrow. To have high energy, you must be active.
The things that give you energy in the short term, will likely cost you energy in the long term. You must get off caffeine – at least for a while – and connect with your natural levels of energy. Low energy + stimulants is not high energy.
Energy is infectious. To have high energy you need to be around high energy people. Make a list of your friends and prioritize spending more time with the ones who have the highest energy.
More than anything else, remember that you don’t get more energy by holding onto it, you get it by giving it away and then sleeping.
So run with your kids. Yell with your friends. Laugh with your wife. Lift heavy stuff. Run up a hill. Cry at the movies. Yell at the rental car company Live your life with more energy and you will find that more energy naturally comes to you.
